1. How do I find out the part I need ?

webABD carries a vast variety of auto body parts in stocks. You would be able to find quickly whatever you want.

The easiest and fastest way to find something at webABD is to use Search located at the top right side of function bar on the ordering page. Searching throughout the entire webABD site, you can search by the name of the manufacturers first, and model.

2. How can I order at webABD ?

Search: On ordering page, pick up a "manufacturer" of your car and then click "GO". All models of the manufacturer will be displayed soon. Click the "model name" and all parts for the model will be displayed on the same page. After you check if OEM reference number and description of the part match your needs, you can pick up a part you would like to order and click "Add To Order". The part is in your order list already. Through "Add", "Reduce" and "Remove", you can modify the quantity of the part you would like to order. Repeat the steps above for more items.

View Order: After you finish ordering, click "VIEW ORDER" on ordering page. You can review the contents of your order. 

Check out: When you are ready to check out, click "CHECK OUT" on ordering page. Provide your personal information and fill out all fields in the form and click "Place the Order".  Your order is on the way of our processing. We will respond you as soon as possible. 

3. How much is my shipping charge ?

Due to a variety of auto body parts in different dimensions, the shipping fees depends on the location of mailing address and weight of parts. We will calculate shipping fee for you after you submit your order online. You will be informed of total amount of your order via e-mail within one day. After we receive your reconfirmation of the shipping charges and the price of parts, we will ship out your order within one day.

4. What is COD fee ?

For customers who choose cashier's checks or money orders as their payment method, a COD fee would be charged. UPS will collect money for both transport charges and the value of the merchandise contained in a package on our behalf. The UPS driver collects payment from the recipient at the time of delivery.

5. What are my payment options ?

For your online security, we don't accept credit cards online presently. We accept cashier's checks and money orders at most of time, and personal or company checks in certain circumstances.

   (1) Cashier's checks and money orders:

For cashier's checks or money orders, all orders are shipped on COD basis. We process your order right away after you place your order online. You should have your cashier's checks or money orders payable to KTJ auto body depot at hand. UPS will collect the payment at the time of delivery at the location of mailing address. Additionally, there will be a COD fee charging to your order. 

   (2) Personal and Company checks:

Once you have fully placed your order, you can send payment to the address below. Please make sure to write your e-mail address on the check so we may properly credit your account

For personal or company checks, we process your order after the funds clear. Please allow approximately 7 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time payment is received and funds clear.

6. Can I track the delivery status ?

Yes. After your order is shipped out via UPS, we will notify you of the tracking number via e-mail. You would  track the delivery status at UPS.

7. What are my shipping options ?

For most orders, all items are shipped via UPS Ground (3 to 7 business day). You may have additional cost via UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days) or UPS Next Day Air (1 business day) for shorter delivery time. 

  • Please note we do not ship via other delivery carriers on weekends or holidays. 

8. Can I cancel the order after it has been submitted ?

Yes. all you need to do is send us an e-mail or give us a call as soon as possible. (We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped out via UPS or other delivery carriers.) Please write your name, e-mail address, and the product you want to cancel in the e-mail.

9. What is your return policy ?

Within 7 days of , you may return the part. Returned parts must be accompanied by the correct invoice. Regarding return parts, please wrap the package in original cartons securely and indicate the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the form of company checks within 7 to 10 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Your privacy is a top priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy online. When you shop at webABD, we collect personal information from you such as your name, e-mail address, address, telephone number, product selections, and other information. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We use customer information we collect only for the purposes of taking orders, contacting purchasers.
